This Digital Delivery Policy explains how Affiliate Growth Kits delivers purchased products, what you can expect after checkout, and what to do if you experience any issues accessing your files.

1. How Delivery Works

All products sold by Affiliate Growth Kits are digital downloadable goods. There is no physical product, packaging, or shipping involved. The delivery process works as follows:

1. You complete your purchase on our website by entering your details and payment information.
2. Your payment is processed securely by our payment provider.
3. Upon successful payment, our system automatically sends a confirmation email to the address you provided at checkout.
4. That email contains your secure download link(s) giving you immediate access to your purchased kit(s).
5. You click the link, download your files, and start using them right away.

2. Delivery Timeframe

In the vast majority of cases, your confirmation email and download link are delivered within 5–15 minutes of purchase. In rare cases, email delivery may take up to 1 hour due to email server delays.

If you have not received your email within 1 hour of purchase, please check the following before contacting support:

• Check your spam or junk mail folder — our emails occasionally get filtered automatically.
• Verify that the email address you entered at checkout is correct.
• Check any “Promotions” or “Updates” tabs if you use Gmail.
• Add support@affiliategrowthkits.com to your contacts or safe senders list to prevent future filtering.

3. File Formats & Technical Requirements

Our digital products are delivered in widely compatible formats. Depending on the kit, files may include:

• PDF files — Viewable on any device with a PDF reader (Adobe Acrobat, Preview, browser built-in, etc.).
• Google Docs / Google Sheets templates — Accessible via any Google account. A free Google account is sufficient.
• Canva templates — Accessible via a free Canva account at canva.com.
• Plain text / Markdown files — Viewable in any text editor.

No specialist software beyond the above is required. All tools referenced are free to access. Specific format details for each kit are noted in the product description on our website.

4. Download Links

Download links are secure and generated uniquely for each purchase. Please note:

• Links are tied to your purchase record and are for your personal use only.
• Do not share your download link with others — sharing violates our Terms & Conditions and your product licence.
• We recommend saving your files locally (to your computer or cloud storage) immediately after downloading.
• If your download link expires or becomes inaccessible, contact us and we will issue a fresh link within 1 hour during business hours.

5. Lifetime Access

All purchases include lifetime access to the product you bought. This means:

• You will receive any future updates or improvements to your purchased kit at no additional cost.
• If our delivery platform changes, we will ensure your access is migrated and you are notified by email.
• We will always be able to re-send your files upon request — simply email us with your order details.

6. Delivery Issues & Support

If you experience any problem with your digital delivery — whether that is a missing email, a broken link, a corrupted file, or difficulty opening a file format — please contact us immediately. We will resolve all delivery issues within 1 business hour during operating hours (Monday to Friday, 9am–6pm CET).

To report a delivery issue:

• Include your full name, order email address, and a brief description of the problem.
• Or use the Contact form on our website and select “Download / delivery issue.”

7. No Physical Shipping

All products are entirely digital. There is no physical item, packaging, or postal delivery associated with any purchase from Affiliate Growth Kits. As such, no shipping address is required at checkout and there are no shipping costs or delivery delays related to physical logistics.

8. Incorrect Email Address

It is your responsibility to provide a valid and accessible email address at checkout. If you entered an incorrect email address, please contact us as soon as possible with your correct address and proof of purchase. We will re-send your delivery to the correct address. We are not liable for non-delivery caused by an email address error made at checkout.
