3. Refund Processing Timeline

Once your refund request is approved, we will process it promptly. Please allow:

• 1–3 business days for us to process and approve the refund.
• 5–10 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout. We cannot redirect refunds to a different payment method or bank account.

4. Circumstances Where Refunds May Not Apply

While we honour all refund requests made within the 14-day window, the following circumstances fall outside our standard refund policy:

• Refund requests submitted more than 14 calendar days after the purchase date.

5. Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first may result in the suspension of your access to purchased products and may affect future purchases.

6. Product Access After a Refund

Upon issuing a refund, your licence to use the purchased digital product is revoked. You agree to delete all copies of the product files from your devices and storage services.
